This exclusive estate, Villa Škavre, situated in Jesenovik near Istria's east coast, caters to up to 10 guests. Nestled amidst lush greenery, with a panorama of expansive olive groves, vineyards, and forests, it promises a tranquil retreat steeped in privacy. At the foot of the majestic Mount Učka, the property comprises a main building and an annex, surrounded by about 5,000 square meters of private land. It features a private swimming pool (5 x 9 m) with a spacious sun terrace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a covered outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower, loungers, and a dedicated children's playground with swings, a slide, and a sandbox. Additionally, guests can indulge in a small wellness area with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness room. The interior decor is tastefully appointed, providing a high level of comfort. The area is perfect for extensive walks through the evergreen natural surroundings, and those who ascend Mount Učka will be rewarded with breathtaking views. The estate is also ideally situated for beach vacations; the "Copacabana" beach with a beach bar, located below the historic town of Plomin, is approximately 10 minutes away by car, while the more popular beaches in Rabac are about 29 km away.

House for 6-10 people: approx. 340 m² in total. The main building has a living space of about 200 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor comprises a spacious, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with air conditioning, TV, a barbecue fireplace, a pizza oven, a rustic dining table with benches, and a restroom. Additionally, there is a living area with another kitchen, a pull-out couch (160 x 190 cm), TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The first floor houses two comfortable double bedrooms with air conditioning and TVs, and a bathroom with shower. The newly completed annex is single-story and includes a terrace, offering about 140 m² of space featuring a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, air conditioning, and a TV, as well as a bathroom with shower. This building also contains the small wellness area with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness room, in addition to a game room.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details: Complimentary WiFi and free private parking for 5 vehicles. The last 200 meters to the house are via an unpaved road. The property offers a variety of entertainment options, including board games, foosball, billiards, darts, and a PlayStation. Two bicycles are also available for free use. A unique feature is the adjacent wildlife enclosure, owned by the landlord's family, which is home to deer and stags. These friendly animals often come to visit and enjoy being fed by guests.
